Sheraton Hotel, 150 W 500 S, in Salt Lake City, Utah. For room reservations call the Sheraton direct at 801-401-2000. Tell them you are with the Utah Cattlemen's Association for a discounted room rate if you reserve by Monday, November 18, 2019. The trade show will begin Thursday, December 5, at 9 a.m. and closes at 5 p.m. It will be a one day trade show this year. Breaks have been placed on the agenda for exclusive trade show time including lunch in the trade show area. You may set up your booth from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on December 4 or the morning of December 5. All exhibits must be removed by 6 p.m. on December 5.
The application fee to exhibit will be $350. You will receive a one-year associate membership in the cattlemen's association. The price remains $350 regardless of whether or not you want the membership. If you wish to be an associate member of the National Cattlemen's Association the cost will be an additional $150. You may pay via the online form below, or print off an application and mail it in with your check payment.
Each exhibitor will receive (1) six-foot skirted table and one electrical outlet (if selected). If you need additional room, you may be charged the cost of two spaces as these are only table top displays. No stapling or taping on the walls will be permitted. Any damage to hotel property will by your responsibility.
Space will be provided for all applications returned before November 18, 2019. Applications received after will be accommodated on a space available basis only. Please see exhibit area map and select your top three choices. Your selections will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. Select space by an electrical outlet if you need one. If there is an exhibitor that you would prefer not to be next to, please let us know. We will do our best to meet those requests where possible.
